Message	same thing happened to me. the damages were much more minor and it came out to be ~4k. you should be bargaining with the insurance for a LOT more than that by the looks of things. Plus, if the frame is bent then you have a "totaled" car by the insurance company's standards and therefore they have to buy you a new car. IMO 4K is a really low settling price for an accident like yours. my 2%. I wouldn't do that if I were you
